Use the exit and visit us. You will be greeted by high oaks and beeches of the Dinklage Burgwald (castle forest), a local recreation zone situated directly at the town's edge. They accompany you into a green city. Aerial photographs prove it: Lots of green surfaces and plantings cross through the city, at the residential areas around the centre well maintained gardens are to be admired. These are not our only advantages but they do help to make Dinklage lovely and liveable. Come and see for yourself.

You do know us even when you are not from the pretty Oldenburger Münsterland: The name Dinklage is being mentioned in the radio as often as the nearby large cities Oldenburg and Osnabrück. No wonder, because just 1,5 kilometres from our city runs the traffic over the motorway 1 – the Hansalinie. Daily thousands of motorists use this arterial road between north and south and frequently one can hear in the traffic news: 'At the exit Lohne/Dinklage ....'
